Note: If you purchased a clock between June 30th, 2017 and April 14, 2018, it is possible that you received a clock from a small batch with a defective part that causes the settings not to be saved properly. If so, you might see the tide site switch to a place in New Jersey or the clock might crash on loading. If this is the case, please contact us and we will repair the clock at no expense to you.
